Following our preliminary evaluation, we draft a customized Proposal which includes the understood scope of work, schedule deadlines, realistic expectations, and "not to exceed" costs

This comprehensive proposal also includes a detailed inventory of all office equipment and furnishings; assessment of potential value; and our liquidation agreement through which we work to repurpose as much of the furniture as possible. 

Under the supervision of our project manager then all office equipment, workstations, and furniture are carefully disassembled, packed, and removed by our skilled decommissioning team. We comply with all building standards and regulations while ensuring that business activities are disrupted as little as possible. We adhere to building safety regulations, including those pertaining to wall and floor protection.

Once removed from the building, NOW makes sure that all furniture is safely delivered to its final destination: buyers, charities, recycle facilities, and disposal faciltiies.
